The causes of bubbles in rubber products:     

1, most of the reasons may be raw material problems, we have had similar situations before, for another batch of material is good; otherwise, when the exhaust is not arranged (for reference)     

2, rubber mixing to increase the number of thin pass, to avoid air residue     

3. Vulcanizing machine is recommended to use vacuum forming machine to avoid air entry during injection molding     

Bubble problems are common in injection molding! The main reasons are:     

1, the material of its own problems, raw materials in the mixing, the air is attached inside the material, resulting in the process of machining, material and air into the mold, the mold without words if not set the exhaust exhaust process or groove processing, the air is easily trapped in the mould, making the product bubble or air.     

2. When the machine is storing materials, the screw will be drawn into the machine when the material is being rolled     

3, the material is also the problem, that is, the moisture content of the material is more.     

4, when processing, the injection material speed is too quick, forms the turbulent flow, causes the bubble to produce!
