 Two, extruded silicone rubber is generally soft. Extrusion effect is good. Easy to operate, can be extruded in various shapes and sizes of products, its processing equipment and tools are basically similar to ordinary rubber. Extruder is generally used in 30mm or 65mm single threaded screw, the ratio of length to diameter (10-12):1, the effect is better. 

 Three, calender: calender generally use vertical three roller calender. For the production of film, the speed of the middle roller is higher than the top roller, the speed ratio is (1.1 - 1.4): 1, the lower roller speed is the same as the middle roller. 

 Four, coating refers to the silicone rubber mortar or scrape the method evenly distributed on the fabric, to improve the strength of the film products and distortion properties, so that fabric moisture resistance, so as to manufacture high temperature electrical insulation materials.
