The valve oil seal (VALVESTEMSEAL) is generally vulcanized by the outer frame and the fluorine rubber, and the diameter of the valve is provided with a self tightening spring or a steel wire. The utility model is used for the sealing of the valve guide rod of an engine, and is a kind of oil seal. 

Oil can be prevented from entering the intake and exhaust pipes, resulting in oil loss, preventing the mixture of gasoline and air and exhaust gas leakage, and preventing engine oil from entering the combustion chamber engine. The valve seal is one of the important parts of the engine valve set, which contacts with gasoline and engine oil at high temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to use heat-resistant and oily resistant materials, usually made of fluorine rubber.

Installation and replacement of valve oil seal 

(1) disassembly steps of valve rod oil seals：

①Remove the camshaft and hydraulic tappet and keep it facing down. Note that the tappet is not interchangeable during operation. Remove the spark plug with the spark plug wrench 3122B and transfer the piston of the corresponding cylinder to the stop point. Screw the pressure hose VW653 / 3 into the spark plug threaded hole. 

②Fit the spring compression tool 3362 to the cylinder head with a bolt. Transfer the relevant valve to the correct position and connect the pressure hose to the air compressor (air pressure at least 600KPA). Remove the spring with the threaded mandrel and thrust down the compression door spring. 

③Tap the valve spring seat to remove the valve lock. Pull out the valve stem seal with tool 3364.
